About Us
Our nonprofit organization “Fundación Divina Con La Niñez”, is an Institution founded on August 9th 2009, in the Dominican Republic, by Divina Alt. Martinez Ureña, who holds a Bachelors Degree in Science of Human Services, with a group of professionals who all had the same objective, help the children to get off from the poverty their live. Our goals is to give them the resources they need to finish their elementary school and succeed in the world.
Our Organization was created to assist children from under privileged areas especially in New York City and Dominican Republic. Ms. Divina Martínez was born in a humble sector in Dominican Republic. She immigrated to the United States during her adolescence and promised to return to assist those children in need. She believes children are hopeful that others will assist them to accomplish children mentorship supplementary education, and encouragement to help them succeed in all aspects of their lives.

Our mission is to provide to children in underserved communities with the resources and mentoring they need to succeed in school.
Vision
Our vision Statement is to provide children in underserved communities in New York City, the Dominican Republic and in all Latin America, the skills and confidence they need to achieve their dreams and become a positive force, we are going to provide the resources and mentorship, the confidence their need to achieve their dreams and become a positive force for change in their communities.
